Default What I Feel for GTG!!

    GET THROUGH GUIDES

Kumar Satyakam is a law student, who was inspired to do ACCA, after it was recommended by a friend. He met CEO Vandana Poria at a seminar, where she encouraged him to get started with self study and that GTG would do their best to support. Kumar passed F2 and F3 with flying colours through Computer Based Examinations in January 2008. On passing, he send this email to the GTG team:

    Get Through Guides: “a perambulator

Getting started with ACCA preparation was like “something easier said than done”. Being from non- accountancy background always used to dissuade me from taking my first stride. I was desperate for a right mentor, when I came to know about GET THROUGH GUIDES. My visit to their centre turned out to be of immense help. The proper counselling, great guidance, timely support and the staff cooperation makes the atmosphere convivial for a student.

I used to shudder at the very mention of term ACCOUNTANCY . But the well drafted module with effective pictorial representations of the vital concepts was like an Ambrosia , making my task quite easier compared to my pre-conceived notions. Such presentation adds to retention power of an individual. The approach is much more practical when compared to the age-old “mugging up the texts” syndrome. In addition to this, the student notes, the key notes and last but not the least the question bank, all act like catalysts in one's result. A good quality time spent with these four books helped me a lot.

The examination arrangement deserves loads of praises. I took the paper as per my convenience, as in when I felt that I was ready to take those papers. So, the very nagging worry of arranging for computer based exam(CBE) evaporated with the efforts put in by GTG. My endeavour plus all the support that I got from GTG enabled me to “get through guides” in the real sense.

Today I realise that my decision of pursuing ACCA qualification course was right and I am proceeding in the right direction. I expect that GTG will continue to be a great mentor in future too. My best wishes are with GET THROUGH GUIDES.

    THANKS A LOT!!!!

    Default experience with GTG

    Hi all
I m preparing for F8 without any tution. I choose *** book to study for exam. Oh my,i exhausted my brain on so dry TEXT TEXT text books, difficultly explained simple things.Few chapters give me lot of trouble time, i thought i will not be able to prepare F8 with my own efforts.
Then i take GTG book from Libraray to just check out, Thank God a ray of hope kindles and made my whole world brighter. So easy to undrestand and get concept. I decide now to just choose GTG as my study partner for rest of my papers.
BYE BYE confusing Famous study materials.

    Default GTG Material

I totally agree with the both of the above as I too find GTG so much clearer and more to the point. With the other books I have used I got so overwhelmed by the information that I started thinking that perhaps I was doing the wrong career!!

Thanks to GTG and I will certainly use the books for the rest of my subjects.:o

    I strongly agree.
I started my ACCA study last year, took courses and found it quite difficult.
After I found GTG through the internet, bought question bank (very helpful!), study on my own. I find that it is not mission impossible anymore. Going to take the F2 CBE on first week of June 08.
good luck to everybody and many thanks to GTG team
