    Hi,

have you passed P2 and P3? Otherwise you will have to pay for those exams to sit P5.

Unless of course you are exempt from the progression rules then you can sit the P's in any order.

    hi

correct me if am wrong ,i thought with the coming of the new ACCA syllabus one can attempt the final papers (Ps) in any order.this means that you can either start with the options or even the core papers its entirely up to you.

    Hi,

under the new syllabus you have to follow the progression rules which are P1-P3 first, then the options of which you are required to do 2 of, P4-P7. You can of course sit P1-P3 and an option in the same sitting.

Only if you are exempt from the progression rules would you be allowed to sit the P's in any order. The exemption was given to those students who were given the chance to sit an option in June 2007.

    Hope that clarifies

Any suggestion for me if I want to take distance learning for P1 & P5? Have you ever use this kind of study mode?

I dont think you need any distance learning for P1. You can do it by yourself. You should take distance learning for P5. I took the distance learning for P5 too and It was quite successful method to study.

    Hope this helps
