I haven't studies the F5 yet, but intent to sit for its exam this June.
If you find anything interesting please up-date me.
Thanx.
Hi Tasoulla
It is really very nice you are studying with GTG.
If you buy GTG kit for F5, you will get study text, question bank and key notes in that.
In study text, each study guide covers all the learning outcomes that ACCA gives in the syllabus. So you can be sure that you have full coverage of all topics that could come up in the exam. All concepts are explained clearly with help of an example.
In question bank, exam standard questions have been covered. Detailed explanations have been given for the right and wrong answers to enhance your understanding.
Key notes are diagrammatic, concise and memorable. These pocket size revision aids help ensure you have understood the most important parts of syllabus.
therefore, GTG material is very good and helpful.
All the best.
I am also new and will doing F5 and F4 in june 2009. A bit anxious about both exams but moreso about F5. I really dont know where to start with the whole thing. It's all a bit overwhelming...hence my mood...Procrastinating!!
Hi Guys,
Where can i find more practice questions for F5?
Hi Monika
You can practice questions from past exam papers. You can even practice questions from F5 Question Bank of GTG. The question bank consists of answers along with the strategy of how to write the answers. It will definitely help you in answering the F5 exam.
All the best

Natasha

Hi every one I am presently studying Standard costing and Variances (regular, mix and yield and planning and operational).
If anyone reaches variances and would like to have a discussion we can interact and strengthen each others weak area in variances.
It is said that the discussion element are the areas that we students are weak in so maybe we can have an interactive discussion.
hello everybody, also heard that GTG material are very useful. i am going to start with its material next June session. good luck everybody for december exams
