Dear All!
I am taking F4 GLO in June. I have read article abount Comopanies Act 2006 in Student accountant. There is a notice in the name of the article that it is relevant to ACCA Qualification Paper F4 (ENG) and (SCT). Does it mean that Companies Act 2006 is not examinable for GLO variant?

yes you are right, Companies Act 2006 is related to UK only.

Thanks..But I am still not sure, because Companies Act 1985 is examinable under GLO! I have it in my ****** books and there are a lot of stuff related to it..Does it still mean that I can refer to 1985 Act?

Someone please advise me whether CA2006 is applicable for F4 GLO, cause CA 1985 was examinable for GLO. However, the references in Student Accountant are made to ENG and SCT versions...please advise me cause I am completely stuck on the issue....
