Hi all !!!

What about question 9...the director resigned from the company and sets up his own company and the customer of his old company started to sell the glue to the director's new company, which proved profitable.

Is there any insider dealing aspect or breach of something?

there was conflict of benefits between company and it's director, there is a similar case in ***** text contrast that case with this one..
