Examiner Mistake in F4 ENG Paper

Well there was mistake in today paper (2-Jun-2009)
it was F4 ENG Paper

The examiner write 31 June rather than 30 June

how much you guys noticed?

F4 was balanced... neither easy nor difficult , it was balanced.. i too noticed about the mistake..

Was it a mistake? This is a professional paper - there should not be mistakes. Attention to detail etc etc Is there some oddity within contract law that means the contract is avoided because the term isn't strictly correct??

Capital maintenance question was easy one I think... i prepared it very well :D plz at the exam time i forget every thing and write my own steps for capital reduction lolzzzz

The first question was totally unexpected because i prepared paper through *** and there was only 1 line written about 1st question thats why i just leave it black :(

Well i emailed last night (not only me but lots of students email to ACCA) let see :p according to me the wole question was wrong due to wrong dates lolz :D


BTW what did you write in the ans?

i write breach of contract but some students write breach of terms too
