Examiner Mistake in F4 ENG Paper

Both F6 and F4 were 45% unexpected...aren't they ?

it was of anticipatory breach..

I write down about Contract and term breach :-s in question number 8

I think the wrong date was not a strong issue because,
1. a written confirmation (expressed, anticipatoty breach) was received before the said date and
2. the reason given in the question for the breach is not that the date does'nt exist.

Anyway, if examiner admits fault by misleading many, then we should all expext Bonus 10, regargless your answer

I think this is not the case, the date (31st June) didn't have enough impact on the question. But may be, may be, the examiner will give us a few bonus marks by realizing his mistake, which may have led many students to confusion.

It was balanced paper

Q1 and Q10 is unexpected

As many of you I found that paper was balanced, but found the q about the glue hard, didn't know what to put down about him using the glue that was invented by the scientist as the company were not using it but it was their product.
