    Default Which Companies Act to Use for Dec 08?

    Hello friends,

    Im sitting for F4 in Dec 08. Im a bit confused on which Companies Act we shall use? It is 1985 or 2006??

    Can anyone please help...

    CA 2006 is applicable for DEC 08 sitting.
