Hi,
I have been register F7 revision, its really good, even all the exam question came with your 10 revision (e-mail),all mails are really very useful,
please consider following points for when you set the answer or tips,
1)when the time of Accuiring(group)
let say,mention in the question,
even parent company accepting lone note of $100000,(this impact where will be need to show) = this amount deduct from liability,
2) if loan note issued during take over,this amount need to show or need to calculate during goodwill,
normally you are mention in the answer sheet,
but I prefer like
1) list of item tricky in group when accuring subsidary
2) list of item tricky in Q No.2 like deffered tax.
let say take 10 past year question we can find how the repeating this defered tax,
like that need to arrange,tips,if you people arrrange the tips really very helpful for all ACCA students.
