Distance Learning for F7 - Suggestions

Hi,

I have enrolled for the distance learning F7 and F8 package for the June exam.So far the F8 tutor,forum and DL online sessions have been excellent.But as far as F7 is concerned, I am extremely disappointed.The F7 tutor doesn't understand the queries we put forward in the forum and his english presentation was not good either in the DL session.Please kindly look into this matter.

I couldn`t attend the session online but I have listened to the recoring yesterday and was really disappointed of the quality of the recoding and the way how the session we conducted.
