Remember the Caparo case well and try to LEARN the past paper questions related to the BASIC ELEMENT OF CONTRACT LAW i.e. Consideration , Agreement and Intention to create legal agreement.

And learn well the case names and details.


This is all i am doing. Try seeing the tips in this forum in F4 Section , they are good

Tip 1
Do not forget to label variances as adverse or favourable. 50% of the marks for variance calculations are reserved for these labels.

Tip 2
For price variances: compare the actual price with the standard price for actual quantity.
For quantity or volume variances: compare the actual quantity with the standard quantity for standard price.
