BPP, FTC or GTG

This is Asad from Pakistan. m appearing in F8 this June and bought FTC & Kaplan since m doing self study. Trully speaking I didn't find their stuff intereting! Yesterday I downloaded sample study chapter of GTG F8 study text n found it really helpful for self study. Formating was good n attractive. I am planning to buy GTG F8 study text but still not sure whether it will really help me? I need ur guidance in this matter ...let me tell u i hav already spent 1000 bugs on buying FTC and Kaplan Texts and buying GTG would cost me another 500 bugs.

I m delighted to see you on the forum and unhappy to see you spending youe bucks on kaplan . F8 is a very practical paper and requires good explaination of the subject.

As you said that GTG was more attractive and layout was good , I felt exactly the same but there was a bit of difference. I bought BPP and Kaplan both and then GTG . Later I returned the Kaplan and BPP in exchange for F9 GTG Books to Aljamia bookshop.

I think the exams are really closer and you should buy GTG Textbook as soon as possible . You will find it valuable due to lotsa examples and explainations which will help you understand the topic better!

Thanks alot dude. Yup you r right BPP and Kaplan collectively fail to impart practical knowledge required for F8. Hey do you have any idea how much additional amount i will hav to pay if i exchange F8 BPP with GTG?? GTG hasn't received the level of acceptance BPP and Kaplan have, but thanks 2 PBP for bringing this useful resource in Pakistan. Does GTG broadly cover all the ISAs in syllabus?? I hav got the complete list of ISAs covered in F8.

If you talk about Karachi , Then I did return my BPP F8 in exchange for GTG F8 . As F8 was lower in price then the BPP then I get a credit note for the difference and I bought Keynotes with it. So you can try exchanging it if the book is in good condition ofcourse.

GTG is receiving increasing acceptance amongst the institutes and students in Pakistan. You will shortly see a great increase.

Yes , GTG will cover all ISAs as they've referenced them up so you can be sure that everything is covered.
