i just wanted to know the best technique to answeer questions for law paper???
do we have to learn the whole case ???
or only the title of the case??

Hi Alisha,

the first 7 questions are almost just a learn and churn exercise - read the past paper answers and ensure you know all the points, including the cases mentioned and the detail with which they are mentioned.

with the next 3 questions, you will find most of the scenario similar to several cases. You need to be able to identify which case is relevant and explain the basics of that case.
