20hrs/week Work in Uk for ACCA Students?

could ACCA students work more that 20hrs under the sandwich scheam without actually on work permit? I need your opinion p..l..e...a..s..e.

Hi

I am doing ACCA with just 2 Papers left. I have recieved a letter from home office in which it is written that you can only work full-time in a student Visa when the Course you are doing requires Experience or Internship.

ACCA is also a case like that isn't it. We can call our self ACCA Qualified unless we have three years Experience.

Can i have some comments on this Please...

I also read this site, where internship and sandwich is clearly defined. most employers are not awear of this and therefore refusing us except for 20hrs. I had been turned downed manytimes and tried to argue it with no success. perhars ACCA should help clarify this with employers. Home office makes it rules to categories and ACCA students should be able to benefit from where we belong.
