Hi,
The question paper generally includes at least one question where we need to respond in the form of a report or a letter or a statement.
Such questions carry up to 4 marks for nature, style and content of the report or letter.
These are easy marks. I suggest we should familiarise ourselves with the formats well so that we can easily score the professional marks.
