Hi,

I have bought DL for June 2011 from GTG India office. Along with the study text and question bank I didn't receive key notes. Are these not included in the DL package?

Hi I bought the F7 Distance Learning package online. I got a receipt but there is no indication of what happens next :( That's not nice. I guess I wait on the books to arrive and hope that details of how to access the online features will be included.

After all the reason I bought the package online is to save time and waiting for postage isn't exactly helping me to achieve that preference. Maybe I am expecting too much from an online store...

Thanks for purchasing the GTG Distance Learning. I am sure you will not be dissapointed.

Considering that you purchased it on a Saturday Morning and paid for standard 2-3 working day delivery I think it's a high expectation to get something by the afternoon? especially considering its not a working day.
The order will be processed on Monday morning and books will be dispatched on Monday. Once the order has been processed you will also be getting emails from the Distance Learning team with instructions etc on what will happen next.
Patience is a virtue, Impatience is not :-)

Hi i have paid for the distance learning couse for P3 few hours ago. Am just enquiring whether i will be able to receive the info so that i will be able to join the live class tomorrow. I hope its not too late for tomorrow class. Am not expecting any postage as i ordered only ebooks.

I will ensure that DL access is granted very early tomorrow morning. Please check your email for access details early tomorrow morning prior to the lecture starting.

Hi, Please email support@getthroughguides.co.uk and they will sort this out for you. Plesae also give them your full name, email, order date and order/invoice number.
