OutDated Companies ACT

I have recently purchased P1 study text but i am very disappointed to know that it is not updated for companies act 2006, i found in many places the reference of old CA 1985, which is no longer valid....

Please consider my issue let me know how :redface:can you resolve it

hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. However do not worry much about this. I have checked our book and could find only some very general passing references to the CA 1985. We haven't really gone into explaining any of the provisions. Hence you may consider these references edited to CA 2006. It shouldn't make any major technical difference to the content.

please get back with any specific queries on this though which might have slipped my eye.
