Do not bother and not keep on thinking about F7. This time you will definately clear your F7.

How many subject you have cleared till date?

Why don't you start with new subject?

Can I give paper of f9 and p1 without clearing the fundamental level.

You must have received a letter from ACCA mentioning which papers you may attempt. Alternatively you can always log in to MYACCA and check which papers you can sit this attempt.
