BPP text book and Bpp kit

Salam Hustler4rm,

Why dont you try GTG Study text for F4 ? It's better then F4 FTC because FTC would give you too much summarised information about the cases and you would really have hard time about understanding the theme behind them while BPP will give you too much of things that it will take you round thrice then will be back to the topic. While GTG is perfect , no more , no less ! And the coverage in the Directors and Capital financing area is excellent.

GTG Studytexts are also available in Karachi. If you need the address then let me know or browse the forum and you will find that.

I think for F4 you should go for GTG Study text.

Rest assured you will have the tutor support here as well!

Best regards,

Assad

Hello Hustler4rm,

Welcome to the forum!

You have ample time in hand, so don't think of important topics etc. You have to study thoroughly. Try to cover every topic. Remember, in the December 07 exam, many students didn't expect the question on company law ( clauses of memorandum) and many of them had not studied the topic thoroughly.

I would advise you to start your studies with Section A. This is because if you are not a UK resident and you have chosen the UK variant, the UK legal system will be very new to you so you may need to spend more time on this topic.

Please let me know if you have any difficulties relating to F4. Try GTG material and let us know your opinion on it.

All the Best!
Rachel
