No. you are talking about the "position" of social responsibility.
The mentioned six components are talking about the ethical behaviour which can affect professional behaviour.
In my Kaplan text book, they are in Chapter 14 Ethical Characteristic of Professionalism

1. magnitude of consequences:greater the sums of harms, greater intensity people feel towards that issue

eg: there are more and more cases of Aflu, people will be more concern about the flu.

2. social consequences:greater the degree of social agreement about the harm, greater intensity people feel towards that issue

eg:everyone knows that illegal is bad but unethical is not illegal,so if people has high degree of social agreement about unethical is illegal, greater intensity people feel toeards that issue

3. probability of effect:greater probability of effect, greater intensity people feel towards that issue

eg:if there is evidence shown that 99.99% who smoke will sure die with cancer, then greater intensity people feel towards that issue

4. temporal immediacy:lesser the time interval until expected time, greater intensity people feel towards that issue

eg:if there is evidence shown that those people who smoke will be die with cancer in three months period, greater intensity people feel towards that issue

5. proximity: nearer to those harm, greater intensity people feel towards that issue

eg:mexico people have feel Aflu is near to them, greater intensity people feel towards that issue compared to those countries does not have Aflu.

6. concentration of effort: greater harm to a smaller numbers, greater intensity people feel towards that issue

eg: if there are 1000 people lost $100,greater intensity people feel towards that issue compared to there are only 5 people lost $100
