F4 book still valid for the June 08 session?

Could you give me some advice please. I have the F4 book which I used for my studies in 2007. Is the information in this still valid for the June 08 session? I am asking this as know that the taxation book has changed.

Hi Mark,

There are some significant changes to the Companies Act which means parts of your text book will no longer be relevant. I would advise you to buy a new F4 for the June exams.

Sorry to post again but noticed last night that the F4 material I have says valid for the December 2007 and June 2008 exams. Will GTG provide the changes you mention as a supplement as I do not wish to buy a new book unecessarily.

I think the GTG Studytexts have already acknowledged the changes in the F4 Law and you will not need to buy another book. Because GTG books were published later then other books means they did took into account the changed in CL.

I hope someone will soon confirm this to you.
