P2 Paper December 2008 - How Did You Find It?

I was really struggling revising the various different calcs as I lost nearly two weeks revision time due to being ill so was quite pleased by the lack of calcs on todays paper. It may just have saved me if I haven't screwed the cashflow totally. Have to wait until February to see.

Did any one attempt question 4? What did you put? I'm worried that I have over simplfied stuff?

I found it as time pressured as the last few sittings. I chose qu. 2 and 4 but didn't have time to write as much as wanted to/ was required for qu. 4. Qu. 2 was a nice question i thought especialy if you had brushed up on the revised IFRS 3 standard. I did this first to let me bag a few marks. Qu.1, the cashflow appearred daunting at first but i tried to be systematic and at least get the easier marks. As normal i think it's going to be close call either way!

I prefered P1 but saying that it was the least numeric P2 exam i've sat/ seen. It was probably good for those liking discursive answers i feel.
