1) please continue sending the monthly bulletin especially F7 (because the last one that we've received - May issue)

2) also continue move on the study sessions discussions (like this one on the F9 bit)

3) tell us if there is any updates on the syllabus (I don't know if F8 June 08 syllabus are still the same like Dec 08 syllabus)

Hi Hamdy,

You can relax a little bit. There is no change in the syllabus of F8 for December 2008 except:

Some auditing and financial reporting standards are changed to cope up with the recent changes in economy.

You can find the changed ISAs on ACCA website on the following path:

[URL="http://www.accaglobal.com/students/study_exams/qualifications/acca_choose/acca/fundamentals/aa/examinable"]

Read the ISAs which are revised or redrafted. All the standards are not applicable at F8 level. You can find out the applicability of standards on the path given above.

The accounting knowledge that is assumed for paper F8 is similar as that examined in paper F3. The candidates for paper F8 should refer to accounting standards listed in paper F3.

I hope I have answered your query. I can assist you all always if there is any problem.

Thanks and Regards,

Dazy
