2. to terminate the agency in case of conflict of interest.
3. to get reimbursed for the secret profits made by the agent.
4. to demand performance from his agent according to the directions given by him.

1. to remunerate the agent for his performance.
2. to reimburse the agent for his expenses and indemnity.
