Hi All
Im looking for a spreadsheet (prefferably excel) that will calculate the amount of reclaimable VAT on mileage incurred by my staff. When processing staff expense claims I used to work out the VAT on an excel spreadsheet, i.e, staff x would put an expense claim in for say 100 miles. The GROSS I would pay x would be 100 x 0.40pence. There is a reclaimable VAT element on this as well as a disallowed portion.
Unfortunately, my IT dept has lost the excel sheet and I am unable to work it out. Does anyone have either a web tool they use to calculate reclaimable VAT on expenses (mileage) or even better, an excel sheet?
