Goodbye F8 BIT!

Hi All,

Our F8 papers are now over . I hope that we all pass this exam this session. We have had some great times on the forum studying , discussing , comparing notes and chatting each other.

I would like to thank everyone who came and participated with us in our Study sessions espically Vivie , Kelly , Asif and Rajni for posting us the answers and ofcourse Vandana for providing us with excellent feedback and Admin for helping me to set up the F8 BIT programme .

Let's hope that we no longer have to send our answers or discuss F8 in future from now onwards! i.e. we should pass!

I have prepared to study for P1 and P3 and we would now start some cool areas in those forums. So everyone who is giving the similar papers should get ready to catch us on the upcoming threads and start studying!

Ok ok ! Please dont start PMing me immediately about what would be those new threads ! :laugh: .

I dunno , I am not starting anything in these 15 days atleast! So please bear with me for this much time!

Hey Acid, I too plan to give P1 and P3.
I have already got an idea of P1. I am really looking forward to study it specially Risk management part and Internal controls.Its a near repeat of F8 but in depth.

For P3 I havent yet seen the syllabus but heard it requires lots of exam practise.

Will be on study track after a week or 10 days.

Hey Zaini,

Thats great that you are giving the same papers. I have decided on this areas after consulting my friends and Vadana too . She said that P1 and P3 is the safeset bet and I think we all will agree with her on that.

I am glad to have you with us on forum and look forward seeing you on our P1 and P3 Study platform , hopefully would be improved version of F8 Bringing it together.

To be honest I am not very happy to study as I am really unsure about my F7 , 8 and 9.

Hi Acid don't be afraid we will pass all our papers En Shaa Allah (I hope so...)
so we need after we have an quite rest, to start quickly preparing our self to the Dec 2008 exams
we need to do more practice before the exams to avoid the time management problems in the exam (like F7 ... as you know Acid)
I'll prepare my self to F9 & P2
as you know P2 syllabus are very related to F7 (the same standards+ some other new)
so if I passed F7 exam (& F8 also) I can easyly attempt the P2, & if not (may god save us) I can attempt F7 without problems (also F9)

I think it would be a good decision to study P2 now as you have fresh F7 knowledge.

in regarding of me (رحم الله إمرئ عرف قدر نفسه) I can't take more than 2 paper, because I haven't the required time to do (work & care of my sons,.....etc)
