The unit cost for first unit product
Material cost 10kg x $10 = $100
Direct labor cost 10hrs x $10 = 100
Variable overhead (150% of labor cost) = $150


What is the unit cost for the 10th yacht?

Answer : $208.25 (Sorry, the actual answer should be $219.13)

Total cost 219.13

10x10^(log0.8/log2)=4.765hr

labour cost= 47.65

W2
Variable overhead = 1.5x47.65=71.48

P.S My answer looks different, is it correct?
