Hi, ashleigh.vaughan,
I'll try to answer your questions:
1. Stages in budget preparation
Before budget preparations, objectives should be formulated and then come the stages:
A) Budget committee is formed
B) Budget manual is produced
C) Limiting factor/principal budget factor is identified
D) Other budgets are prepared
E) The budgets are integrated into the complete budget system
F) After any adjustments management approves it
2. There is an interrelationship between labour efficiency variance (F) and materials usage variance (A).
The workers try to make more products and work quickly, they may waste more material than needed
3. Can you remind me where the sources of finance are given in the syllabus?

hello, ravinee.
sorry for the late reply.
I suggest you to go for "GTG QUESTION BANK" covering all important topics of syllabus.
The solutions in this book are well explained.
You can have good practice solving them.
