Dear All,

Seek for the answer for the following questions:

1. In what circumstances that we can apply these two models ie Culture Web and Balogun and Haley's contextual features model? As I confused of what is the purposes, when can it apply and how it can apply.

2. What is the difference with the models such as Lewin's Change process, Force field analysis, Gemini 4R etc (means in term of what circumstances)?

3. McKinsey 7s model is popular in used for the past year questions, so wonder whether this model still relevant in this new syllabus of P3? As some of the study books and textbook (Exploring Corporate Strategy) not included this model.

Culture is difficult to define in exact words but is present in an organisation and influences how the work is carried out and the strategy formulation and implementation in an organisation.

Balogun and Haley's contextual features model is used to manage change.

There is a list of models and their respective uses on the ACCA web site. You can refer to it.
