Four layers of organisational culture:

a) Values: long term objectives of the organisation set by top management
b) Beliefs: views and feelings held by the employees of the organisation
c) Behaviour: visible day to day operations of the organisation
d) Paradigm: common, taken for granted set of assumptions held by employees

Paradigm is the core of an organisation’s culture.
