There is nthg mentiond. I assume there is no hard copy nd the package is computer/internet based. Does the online lecture, question or tips require reference to GTG BOOKS or any material not included in the 'R'evision package? Because Gtg materials are nt available here nd international carriage charge are expensive. I have kit nd text of another publisher. I have a slow internet speed therefore cannot attend any live session and will have to depend on recorded lectures and email queries.
