About Us About Us
GTG is passionate about making quality finance training accessible throughout the globe. We decided that the most practical way in which we can reach out to our audience is by producing study materials for the student that is second to none. We also support the ACCA tuition providers already out there and help raise their teaching standards and consistency by providing GTG materials. To this end we have produced a range of integrated ACCA study & teaching products. We plan to further expand our range to make sure that the students are the ultimate winners.
Team GTG comprises our dedicated staff who are backed by an army of committed workers all keen to promote the systematic development of low-cost, high-quality professional materials that can be accessed by students across the globe.
Staff: We employ an international team of highly qualified professionals dedicated to the production of ACCA materials and products. Our staff comprises accountants, researchers, tutors, authors, academics, people in business, learning and education experts, linguists, graphic artists and IT professionals.
Consultants: Many well-known names involved with ACCA from all over the world are actively associated with developing the GTG model and its hall mark low-cost, high-quality materials.
Students: We have considered the input of thousands of ACCA students of all levels while producing our materials. We have a research and development facility where we try techniques and materials in real-life class-room and home-study environments.

Making A Purchase Making a Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept ALL major Credit & Debit cards. (Choose option 'HSBC Card Processing' when paying by this method)
If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer , you must order online as normal, You will receive a confirmation of your order and then email us for our Bank details to make the payment to.
If a product is unavailable for immediate dispatch, your order will remain as a back order and will be dispatched once the item is in stock.
EBOOKS
Terms and conditions for eBooks
You agree that you will not share your username and password combination. Your GTG username and password are to be used only by you. Each person who desires to gain access to the GTG eBooks site must have his / her own username and password and must purchase a subscription. GTG eBooks are strictly for viewing online, GTG eBooks are not available for offline viewing. GTG does not offer any facility to print the eBooks. The eBook access will be available until next ACCA exam date. The exams are held in June and December of each year. Speed and ease of access to eBooks will be dependent on the bandwidth of the user's internet connection. Recommended minimum bandwidth is 512 KBPS. GTG Recommends minimum 1 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM for users. Browser with Adobe flash player is required to view eBooks.
You may use your subscription on ONE COMPUTER at any one time. If any two users on two separate computers are using the same username and password, we reserve the right to terminate that subscriber's account without refund or prior notice. We reserve the right to monitor accounts and institute mechanical or other means to stop users from sharing their login information. Access will be granted after purchase within 2 working days. INTERNATIONAL OUT-OF-DELIVERY-AREA AND OUT-OF-PICKUP-AREA SURCHARGES
International shipments (subject to service availability) delivered to or picked up from remote and less-accessible locations are assessed an out-of-delivery area or out-of-pickup-area surcharge. If your delivery adrtess is in ones of these areas then an extra charge will be incurred. We will contact you informing you of such extra charges giving you the option of making payment or cancelling the order for a full refund.. All delivery times are approximate and are subject to availability of stock.
Orders MUST be received before 11.00 am (the cut off time for that days delivery) for dispatch the same working day. Orders received after this cut off time will be dispatched the following working day. We do not offer any form of collection service.
Get Through Guides Ltd undertakes to do our utmost to deliver to you within the estimated times but we cannot make any guarantees. You will be required to sign on receipt of your order. Please make sure there will be someone available to collect the parcel and sign for the order when it is delivered. Returned consignments due to "customer not present / non-delivery" will be liable for the delivery costs which will be deducted from your account.
When ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by your government once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be met by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please also note that when ordering from us you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of your country.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you are directed to HSBC payments website where credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. GTG holds no personal credit card details.
Personal data security is one of our main priorities. Consequently, we will endeavor to implement every reasonable technical measure to prevent any data loss or diversion during the collection and storage of the data that you have given us.

Privacy Policy Get Through Guides does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy PLEASE NOTE:
If you wish to return the items purchased, please email us at onlinesales@getthroughguides.com or call us on 0207 8719952 to obtain your 'returns reference number' ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and no credit will be issued.
Note that a £15 amendment/administration/cancellation charge will be charged in ALL instances of amendments, cancellations & returns once orders have been placed. According to GTG policies there will be no exceptions.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items purchased, you may return them to us, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging / condition within 7 days of date of invoice / receipt. Please ensure the package is unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund of the price of the items. Any postage or courier charges incurred in making such returns will be at the customer's cost.
Exceptions:
This returns policy does NOT apply to any eBooks, Mock Exams or any such purchases that are sold in an electronic format.
After the 7-day period, we will not accept any returns.
Packaging and returning the items
Items to be returned unopened in the original packaging enclosing a copy of the original invoice with the Returns Reference Number written on.
All postage / courier charges incurred in making such returns will be at the customer cost.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for returns to be processed.
We do NOT refund P&P charges.
Statutory rights
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
