About Us GTG is passionate about making quality finance training accessible to all throughout the globe. We decided that the most practical way we can reach out to our audience is by producing study materials for the student that is second to none. We are also supporting the thousands of ACCA tuition providers already out there and help raise their teaching standards and consistency look for providers using GTG materials. To this end we have produced a range of integrated ACCA study & teaching products. We plan to further expand our range to make sure that the students are the ultimate winners.
Team GTG does not simply comprise of our dedicated staff but of an army of vested interests all keen to promote the systematic development of low-cost, high-quality professional materials that can be accessed by students across the globe.
Staff We employ an international team of highly qualified professionals dedicated to the production of ACCA materials and products. Notes: All delivery times are approximate and are subject to availability of stock. Orders MUST be received before 12.00pm (the cut off time for that days deliveries) for dispatch the same workingday. Orders received after this cut off time will be dispatched the following working day. *International Scheduled delivery is via normal post and is beyond normal tracking capabilities. Please make sure there will be someone available to collect the parcel and sign for the order when it is delivered. Returned consignments due to customer not present / non-delivery will be liable for the delivery costs and WILL always be deducted from your account. When ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by your government once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be met by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Returns Policy PLEASE NOTE: In case of return of items, please email us at onlinesales@getthroughguides.com or call us on 0845 257 5729 to obtain your 'returns reference number' ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED .
7-Day Return Guarantee Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items purchased, you can return them to us, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging / condition within 7 days of date of receipt. Please ensure the package is unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund of the price of the items. However in case of faulty items we can accept the return of opened items. Any postage or courier charges incurred in making such returns will be at the customer cost unless the items are damaged, faulty or sent in error.
On end of the 7-day return guarantee period
After the 7-day period, we will only accept returns of items in the following circumstances:
1. In case of faulty or damaged items found: We will give you a full refund or replace the items when we receive the items back from you. 2. In case, where items were incorrectly supplied by us: We will issue a full refund when we receive the items back from you.

All postage / courier charges incurred in making such returns will be at the customer cost unless the items are damaged, faulty or sent in error. (Important note: In case of return of a bulk order, please call on 0845 257 5729 for further details.) Please allow min. 14 days for returns to be processed. We will refund postage of damaged and faulty items only if we are satisfied that you used the most economical method of return.
Damage
In case of damage of items, for reasons other than our fault, we will not accept the return or make a refund. Although we will notify you in such circumstance and then you will be required to collect the rejected items. If you haven't collected your items within 30 days of us notifying you, we will not be liable for the items and will dispose of the items.
Statutory rights
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
