| Peter is one of GTG's UK directors and has 30 years experience in professional training, both in the UK and abroad. Peter is the former Case Study Examiner for the ICAEW and therefore has an in depth understanding of the purpose and style of the Case Study examination. He was also the moderator on various ICAEW examinations. Peter has trained all over the world, therefore brings unique experiences to the courses which will be run in India. |

| Vandana Saxena Poria OBE ACA FCCA |

| Vandana Saxena Poria is a UK Chartered Accountant who was born and brought up in the UK. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, she spent 10 years living and working in Central and Eastern Europe, where initially she worked with Ernst & Young and then became the CEO of the international division of the UK's largest listed professional training company, BPP Holdings Plc. In this capacity, she was responsible for training in the region. In 2006 she set up Get Through Guides (GTG). Vandana’s specialism is IFRS, auditing and Case Study strategy. Vandana was honoured with the ‘Order of the British Empire’ in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list in 2008. |

| Colin Garvie ACA |

| Colin is a graduate from the University of Strathclyde. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young in 1983, managing the training department. He subsequently joined 3i plc as an investment controller for a number of years, working on a variety of new and existing investments. From 1989 to the present, he has managed his own training and consultancy business, acting as a non-executive director and external consultant to a variety of businesses in both the UK and Europe, as well as providing a wide range of professional training courses to clients in many fields.

| Aparna Maroo-Jain ACA |
|
| Aparna is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science and is also a fully qualified ICAEW member. She worked with Deloitte and Touche in London and has been a part of several teams in the TMT (Telecom, Media and Technology) sector to provide audit and assurance services to clients – ranging from FTSE 100 companies to small companies. Aparna has worked extensively on graduate recruitment programmes across London and obtained key interview training skills. She has also spent time looking at the improvement processes that exist within the Big Accounting firms which help them to maintain their global position and global consistency. She has spent the last 6 years in Delhi running her own business and setting up a successful franchise model. |
